Holy Guacamole this stuff is good! I usually only make this guacamole when I am going to a party so that others will help me eat it, because it’s so good I could eat the whole thing! There definitely won’t be any leftovers with this dish.

Guacamole
Ingredients
- 4 avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 lime, juiced
- garlic salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Sriracha or Tabasco sauce to taste
Instructions
- Place the prepared avocados and diced tomatoes in a large bowl
- Using a knife cut the avocado until they are chunky, but not smooth
- Add the lime juice, garlic salt, pepper, Sriracha sauce and gently mix together with a spoon.
- Serve with tortilla chips
Notes
For creamier guacamole stir the finished guacamole more. I personally prefer chunkier guacamole, which is why I stir it as little as possible.
