Fruity White Wine Sangria

Fruity White Wine Sangria

Fruity White Wine Sangria

It’s Friday Fun Day and here, at Serving Up the Skinny, we’re celebrating with a refreshing Fruity White Wine Sangria.  Sweet wine and choked with tons of fruit makes it everyone’s favorite! Don’t have all the kinds of fruit to use? Leave one out and double up on another. Add the orange liquor for some added punch!

Fruity White Wine Sangria

  • One bottle sweet white wine: Riesling, Gewurztraminer, or Moscato are my favorites!
  • ¼ cup orange liqueur
  • ½ cup white grape fruit juice
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, cut in half
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut in chunks
  • 1 cup ginger ale or club soda
  • *
  • ***Other Fruit Add-ins: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, mangos, orange slices. Only add the berries in an hour before serving, or serve in a bowl on the side to add to each individual drink otherwise they get mushy if in the sangria too long.

  1. Add all ingredients, except ginger ale, in a large pitcher and let chill in fridge for 1-3 hours.
  2. Just before serving, stir in the ginger ale or club soda. I like to add ginger ale because it’s sweeter.
